Lesson 1: The Truth about Card Counting

I'm sure you've all seen that recent movie "21" about the MIT students who learn how to count and go to Vegas to win truckloads of money. That movie has a lot of truth in it but also alot of falsities as well. For the purpose of this blog, I'm going to be referring back to that movie from time to time because this movie brilliantly depicts a lot of what people think card counting really is. So lets talk about the myths! You don't have to be a genius to count card. Why? Because card counting is not keeping track of individual cards that come out...you're just keeping track of one number( more on this later ) Second of all, card counting is not quick money. This takes practice and dedication as well as discipline. Finally, Blackjack is still a game of chance and is still considered gambling, so just because people count cards doesn't mean it's not gambling, counting is a tool for a person to use to assist in playing decisions. Oh yeah, another thing! Counting is not illegal, they just don't like it when you do. Since casinos are private establishments, they can bar you from the casino by reading you the trespassing act, if they even think you are counting.( I'll teach you how to play under the radat later!)

Inroduction to Counting Cards

My name is Eric Sris and I am here to teach people how to be successful Blackjack players. I have made thousands of dollars playing the most popular card game. I have read every word on the subject of counting cards by everybody who has ever been successful at the game. So not to toot my own horn, but I am pretty efficient at the game. If you're curious on how people really do it and how they practice, you will pay attention to my blogs. Why? because if you search the internet on how to count and the proper way to execute important moves, you won't find everything you are looking for. They'll tell you about the basics and ideology, but without the proper coaching and other techniques, you won't be very successful. I am here to tell you how to do all the moves and stradegies step by step...once you master everything I talk in these blogs, you'll be making pretty good money each time you visit the casinos!
